(Американский жилой дом, разрушенный торнадо.) к слову WRECK (крущение) - последствия торнадо. Это все вполне всерьез, иногда люди гибнут, однако и казусы бывают. Так, торнадо, посетившее город Коламбус в феврале 2003 года, покрутившись в центре города, разрушило полностью только два здания - большой пивной склад и здание Армии Спасения. Как всем в Америке известно, торнадо - это божья кара. С пивным складом все понятно, хотя местные реднеки (см. REDNECK) находили потом, к своей радости, разбросанные смерчем по городу бутылки (целенькие, с пивом!) всю неделю. Но Армию Спасения-то за что, они же бедным помогают?
